SBO Update tool error

Error message retruned from DI: Error -1 Could not commit transaction

Either user authorization or SBO_SP_TransactionNotification

The message “Error -1. Could not commit transaction” may be returned for two reasons: User authorization problems or code in SBO_SP_TransactionNotification.

Confirm that the user associated with the Bizweaver DI Server connection is set as a super-user. If not, the error may be caused by a lack of authorization to whatever function is being posted.

Check the SQL Stored Procedure SBO_SP_TransactionNotification. Code may have been added in this transaction that is preventing the posting (Add, Update) from occuring. Fix the code issue to resolve the DI posting issue.
