Issue
Form does not display “Saved” message
Symptom
Form saves data normally in most cases. However, the save process appears to “hang” and never completes.
Cause
This may occur when attachments are saved as part of the transaction. In Versago v2.0, there is a fixed size limit of 2MB for uploaded files. If the attachment is removed the record will save normally.
Resolution Notes
This issue is resolved in Versago v2.1. The maximum upload file size can be defined in the Customization section of the admin console.
