Issue
Crystal reports fail under certain circumstances
Symptom
A workflow with a Crystal Reports step will run normally in “test” mode, but fails when run on a schedule.
Cause
Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the Crystal Reports for .Net application are installed on the Bizweaver server, but they are different version numbers (e.g. one is version 13.0.5 and one is version 13.0.6).
Resolution Notes
Install the same version number of both 32-bit and 64-bit runtime.
