Requests for Decryption of Secured Credit Card Information
Symptom
Requests from customers/partners for TWBS Credit Card (versions 92.1.0 and below) to access the stored secured credit card number information and provide it in an un-encrypted form.
Cause
Resolution Notes
Third Wave does not provide any method for the decryption of any stored encrypted credit card information, either through the front end of the application or through any other external applications and/or queries.
