Configuration error during Setup

Error message “Cannot reach web service server” is displayed.

Most likely cause is that the server name in the first configuration step does not include the port number.

Enter the hosting server name and port number separated by a colon.  Example: MyServer:8080.  Be sure to use the same port number defined in the installation process.  Do this with SSL connections as well (e.g. MyServer:443).
