Configuration error during Setup
Symptom
Error message “Undefined Error” is displayed when Setup page is first displayed.
Cause
An incompatible Crystal Reports runtime engine has been previously installed.
Resolution Notes
This situation typically occurs when SAP Business One (host or client) has been installed on the Versago server. Remove the runtime engine that was previously installed (Windows Add/Remove Programs). Then re-run the Versago installer program. This will install the correct Crystal Reports runtime and should resolve the error.
