Issue
403 Forbidden Error - During Installation/Setup
Symptom
When one tries to access the setup page, or any other page related to Versago, one will receive a “403 forbidden” error in plain text on their web browser.
Cause
<p>The port Versago was specified to use during installation is currently in use by SAP's web functionality. SAP's web functionality uses ports 8080 and 8081. </p>
Resolution Notes
If you are using either port, reinstall Versago and use a port higher than 8081, or any other port you know is not being used.<br />
