Issue
Unable to configure server details during configuration step of setup.
Symptom
An error message that says, “Failed to access web service server” appears when one presses next after filling in the server details information on the “Configure Server” step.
Cause
A port was not specified, as in, the server name was typed but the port was not included.
Resolution Notes
<p>Type in the port after the server name in the “Configure Server” step.<br />For instance, if your server is called MyServer, and the port you specified for Versago is 8082, then type - MyServer:8082 instead of just MyServer. </p>
