Issue
Call to Bizweaver Web Service fails
Symptom
A call to the Bizweaver web service fails with an error “HTTP Error 500.19: Internal Server Error”. The Conf Error section will also contain the phrase “… when the section is locked at a parent level …”.
Cause
A possible cause may be in the Windows IIS configuration where the needed .Net components have not been enabled.
