I tried Krishnan`s suggestions with no luck. I did note that when I launch the training, a product called “Articulate Presenter” attempted to load. I went to their web site which clearly states that the version of Presenter the training is using is not compatible with IE 7. However, they did have a suggested “work around” which has successfully corrected the problem. If you have other clients that experience this problem, send them to this link: http://www.articulate.com/forums/337-post11.html.
