2012 activity being reported as 2011

Valogix bug

Valogix customers reported that they were seeing 2012 activity being reported in 2011. This is a known bug in certain releases of Valogix and can be fixed fairly easily.

The quickest was to see if this issue exists is to look at the History and Forecast tab of the Valogix planning details form for any item planned by Valogix. If you see Forecast rows for 2012 and 2013 then things should be fine. If the Forecast rows show 2011 and 2012 then the fix will need to be applied. I have the instructions for fixing the issue if you need them. It takes 15 – 20 minutes and is very straightforward.

Also, if you do encounter this issue please advise Ross so he can advise Valogix. They are planning to issue a fix sometime in 2012 and they are keeping a list of users that will need it.
