Choose From List does not open in Marketing Document

Open Marketing Document click on Choose From List icon or Tab key List does not appear.

SAP Bug.

If you select the `Bill To State` or `Ship To State` field in Form Setting for the Choose From List of Business Partner and press tab in the Business Partner Code field in any Marketing Document than no Choose From list opens and also there is no error given by the system.

Scenario :

- Press tab in Business Partner Code field of any Marketing Document (Sales \ Purchase) - List of Business Partner open - Select the Form Setting option from Tool Bar - Select the `Bill to State` or `Ship To State` field in Form Setting and close the choose from list - Again Press the Tab in Business partner Code field - No BP choose from list open - Same Happen in Journal Entry form if you press Ctrl + Tab to select a Business Partner

Actual result:

No Choose From List open if we Press tab in the Business partner code field of any Marketing document

Expected result: Choose from list need to be open if we press tab in Business Partner code field of any marketing document

Solution

Workaround: Please remove the `Bill-to-State` and `Ship To State` fields in the form settings for Choose from list of business partners.

SAP intends to provide a patch or patches in order to solve the described problem.

The section Reference to Related Notes below will list the specific Patches once they become available.

The corresponding Info file of the patches on SAP Service Marketplace will also show the SAP Note number.

Be aware that these references can only be set at Patch release date.

SAP will deliver Patches only for selected Releases at its own discretion, based on the business impact and the complexity of the implementation.
