SAP asked for the Activation Request Code. I found it under Help > Support Desk. I sent the code to them. They sent me a code back. I pasted it in the bottom box. This added a checkbox in Document Settings (Calculate the Row Total using the Unit Price). It was there in 2007 but not in 8.8. I then could make that field visible and active in form settings.
