There are two versions of the solution that can be downloaded from the customer portal under Software>Versago-Bizweaver Template content:

• VGO-BW Customer Portal SQL: SAP on SQL Server environment
• VGO-BW Customer Portal HANA: SAP HANA environment.

Please refer to the sections below for more detail information on the solution.

• Versago database connections to vgoCommon, vgoData, and SAP must be configured before import.
• Bizweaver database connections to vgoCommon, vgoData and SAP must be configured before import.
• Bizweaver connections to SAP’s Service Layer must be configured before import.
• Import the Versago package before the Bizweaver package.
• Ensure to map the correct connections when importing the VGO and BW packages.
• Each customer user created in Versago must be assigned the correct account filter for customer-specific data access.
• Update the Crystal Report action link in the My invoice history data view with the included Crystal Report file.
• Copy the file ServiceLayerErrorResponse.txt to the path C:\ProgramData\Bizweaver\Templates\

• Pay Invoices: data view that allows customers to pay invoices (VGO's Payment Gateway settings must be configured).
  • BW Workflow integrates to SAP by creating an Incoming Payment.
• My Aging Summary: customer's invoice aging data view.
• My Aging Chart: customer's invoice aging chart view.
• My Invoice History: customer's detail invoice data view.
• My Credit Note History: customer's detail credit note data view.

The following objects are included in the Inventory category.

• Inventory with Supply Details: data view shows detail information regarding inventory levels.

The following objects are included in the Purchasing category.

• Request a Quote: allows customer to request a quote.
  • BW Workflow integrates to SAP by creating a Sales Quote.
• Reorder: allows customer to reorder items based on the last ordered data.
  • BW Workflow integrates to SAP by creating a Sales Order.
• Place an Order: allows customer to place an order.
  • BW Workflow integrates to SAP by creating a Sales Order.
• Request a Return: allows customer to create a return request.
  • BW Workflow integrates to SAP by creating a Return Request.
• My Order History: customer's detail sales order data view.
• My Quote History: customer's detail sales quote data view.
• My Shipments: customer's detail deliveries with tracking link.

• Register a Product: allows customer to register a product.
  • BW Workflow integrates to SAP by creating an Equipment Card.
• Place a Service Request: allows customer to request a service call.
