There are two versions of the solution that can be downloaded from the customer portal under Software>Versago-Bizweaver Template content:

• VGO-BW Employee SQL: SAP on SQL Server environment
• VGO-BW Employee HANA: SAP HANA environment.

Please refer to the sections below for more detail information on the solution.

• Versago database connections to vgoCommon, vgoData, and SAP must be configured before import.
• Bizweaver database connections to vgoCommon, vgoData and SAP must be configured before import.
• Bizweaver connections to SAP’s Service Layer must be configured before import.
• Import the Versago package before the Bizweaver package.
• Ensure to map the correct connections when importing the VGO and BW packages.
• Copy the file ServiceLayerErrorResponse.txt to the path C:\ProgramData\Bizweaver\Templates\

The following objects are included in the Expenses category.

• Submit Expenses: form to submit expenses.

The following objects are included in the Requests category.

• Create Purchase Request: form that allow the employee to submit a purchase request.
  • BW Workflow integrates to SAP by creating a Purchase Request.

The following objects are included in the Timesheets category.

• Enter Timesheets: form to enter time against projects
  • BW Workflow integrates to SAP by a timesheet under the employee module.
