There are two versions of the solution that can be downloaded from the customer portal under Software>Versago-Bizweaver Template content:

• VGO-BW Shop Floor SQL: SAP on SQL Server environment
• VGO-BW Shop Floor HANA: SAP HANA environment.

Please refer to the sections below for more detail information on the solution.

• Versago database connections to vgoCommon, vgoData, and SAP must be configured before import.
• Bizweaver database connections to vgoCommon, vgoData and SAP must be configured before import.
• Bizweaver connections to SAP’s Service Layer must be configured before import.
• Import the Versago package before the Bizweaver package.
• Ensure to map the correct connections when importing the VGO and BW packages.
• Copy the file ServiceLayerErrorResponse.txt to the path C:\ProgramData\Bizweaver\Templates\

The following objects are included in the Production Activity category.

• Production Orders: production orders data view.
• Enter Production Order: form to add production orders.
  • BW Workflow integrates to SAP by creating a Production Order.
• Production Order Release: data view that allows to select planned production orders to be released.
  • BW Workflow integrates to SAP by changing the Production Order status.
• Material Issue: form to issue materials based on released production orders. It assumes bar code scanning with the bar code composed of the production order's number and line number.
  • BW Workflow integrates to SAP to issue the components.
• Material Issue Simple: simplified version of the Material Issue form.
• Labor Issue: form to issue labor based on released production orders. It assumes bar code scanning with the bar code composed of the production order's number and line number.
  • BW Workflow integrates to SAP to issue the labor components.
• Labor Issue Simple: simplified version of the LaborIssue form.

The following objects are included in the Production Support Tools category.

• Production Planning: sample chart that compares planned vs completed production. The data view has been hard-coded to the year 2016 base on the data availability of SAP's US Demo database.
• Bill of Material: bill of materials data view.
• Component Where-Used: data view to find a component's bill of material.
• Raw Material Inventory: inventory data view of items that are components but not parents.
• Finished Product Inventory: inventory data view of items that are only parents.
• Sub-assembly Inventory: inventory data view of items that are both components and parents.
