Issue
Unable to access SBO-Common database during add-on server setup.
Symptom
Testing connection in System Settings in Add-on DB server fails
Cause
sa and SAP Admin user logins and passwords switched.
Resolution Notes
Make sure that the logins and passwords are under the orrecte field. SAP Admin User name is the SAP login (manager) Database User Name is the SQL login (sa)
