Issue
Data not being pulled into SAP after shipping in Ship Manager
Symptom
After you ship using WorldShip Data not populating in Response Table or in SAP
Cause
In WorldShip the option to Export Datat After Shipment option needs to be enabled.
Resolution Notes
After you have checked to make sure your ODBC connections are working and your mappings are correct and the Keyed Import in Worldship is turned on and you ship through Worldship the shipment goes through but nothing is returned to SAP and the invoice does not get created after you run the invoice generator.
What is happening is the shippment is not getting created in the TWBS_UPS_Response table. You can check for the order by searching using DocNum but nothing is returned.
On UPS WorldShip the option to Export Data After Shippment option has been disabled. Re-enable this and the table should get populated and the information returned to SAP.
