Issue
FedEx First Overnight error message
Symptom
When selecting the Shipping Method “First Overnight” for FedEx we receive an error message “Service type not valid with Commitment”
Cause
Message comes back from FedEX
Resolution Notes
This message is coming back from Fedex, not ShipEasy. What this means is that you are trying to send a package somewhere using First Overnight and FedEx does not offer this service to where you are trying to send it to. According to FedEx it is mostly international shipments but not just limited to international shipments. This may apply to Hawaii and Alaska as well.
