Issue
APP E-mail Message editor
Symptom
When selecting edit and deliver on APP report unable to fill in message editor.
Cause
DLL`s are not getting registered with non-admin account.
Resolution Notes
Log into the system as a local administrator and right click on the SAP icon and select Run As Adiministrator. This will register the necessary DLL`s.
Note that this needs to be done on each machine ONLY the first time APP is installed or upgraded so that the DLL`s are registered.
