Resolution Notes
You should only add fields while all users are logged out or send out notification that you are adding fields. If users are on any screen in SAP, the moment you add a new field, it will close the current window(s) that all users are on and make them start over (i.e., they might lose work).
Open the Tools → Customization Toos → User Defined Fields Managment. Then open Marketing Documents and click on Marketing Documents Lines and click Add button.
