Issue
<p style=“margin:0in 0in 8pt;”>HTTP status 500 when manage extensions</p><br />
Symptom
<p style=“background:white;margin:0in 0in 0pt;line-height:normal;”>Attempting to deploy add-ons from Add-on administration. When I logon from “manage Extensions for Lightweight Deployment”, enter B1SiteUser and password, the system reply error message : </p><p style=“background:white;margin:0in 0in 0pt;line-height:normal;”> </p><p style=“background:white;margin:0in 0in 20.4pt;line-height:normal;”>HTTP Status 500 - while trying to invoke the method com.sap.businessone.saml2.sp.SAML2SPSession.getSLDMetadata() of a null object loaded from local variable 'spSession'</p><br />
Cause
<p style=“margin:0in 0in 8pt;”>Compatibility issue</p><br />
Resolution Notes
<p style=“margin:0in 0in 8pt;”> Close all browsers and log into SLD through the license manager. Click on the extension manager in SAP AddOn Administration and log in as normal.</p><br />
