Issue
Crystal Reports with Bizweaver and SAP Business One 9.3 PL04 and higher
Symptom
The Crystal Reports tool presents an error when added to a workflow. The error is generic about missing COM files
Cause
Beginning with SAP Business One 9.3 PL04, a different version of the Crystal Reports run-time application is used that is not compatible with Bizweaver.
