Issue
“Internal Server Error” during configuration (after install/upgrade)
Symptom
The first step of the Versago Configuration process fails with an “Internal Server Error” message. The configuration cannot be completed.
Cause
Beginning with SAP Business One 9.3 PL04, a different version of the Crystal Reports run-time application is used that is not compatible with Versago.
