PL 47 upgrade issue. The DIAPI generates -1004 error

Resolution Notes
The upgrade does not take into account the fact that some fields could have the empty string as a content. The SBO client ignores it, however, the DI API will generate an error once it finds an empty string.
The solution:
update crd1 set U_TWBS_CWDElPref = NULL where U_TWBS_CWDElPref = `` update ocpr set U_TWBS_CWRptDel = NULL where U_TWBS_CWRptDel = ``
