Issue
Crystal Wave Error Mesage 4060
Symptom
CrystalWave works but no reports can be run from within SBO.
Cause
There are two possible couses. 1. Name os the SBODemoUS database or Licensing problem.
Resolution Notes
This can be fixed by doing one of the following: 1. In some versions SBODemoUS database is not recognized by CrystalWave. To fix this rename the database to SBODemo_US. 2. Sometimes when the user has trial version of CrystalWave, he gets the same error message. This is fixed by giving the user normal CrystalWave license.
