Crystal Reports step fails during setup.

Error message “Error - Load report failed.  Reason - Unsupported operation.  A document processed by the JRC engine cannot be opened in the C++ stack.”

1)&nbsp; Source file (.rpt) is not in the specified location.<br />2)&nbsp; There is an issue in the report itself.&nbsp; Many times this is a SQL view or stored procedure that is not available or accessible.&nbsp; It may also be an issue with some internal logic in the report (parameters, formulas, etc.).

<p>1)&nbsp; Confirm that the .rpt file is in the expected location.</p><p>2A)&nbsp; If other reports function normally and the source file is in the correct location, the issue is most likely in the source file.<br />2B)&nbsp; Create a simple report and try to execute it in a workflow.&nbsp; If the simple report executes, the issue is most likely in the source file.</p>
